Refund & Return Policy

At Havva Energy, your satisfaction matters. While we do our best to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition, things can sometimes go wrong. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to report any of the following:
- Damaged or defective items
- Misprinted or incorrect items
- Packages lost in transit (must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date)
Contact us at hello@havvaenergy.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. We’ll evaluate your claim and let you know if it has been approved.
Approved Returns & Replacements
If your return is approved:
- We'll issue either a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra cost
- Refunds will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days
- Replacements will ship within 3 business days
Note: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
- Used or opened products
- Unclaimed packages (you are responsible for reshipment costs)
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Orders rejected by customs (we currently ship only within the U.S.)
- Returns requested after the product has been produced but before it ships
- Products discontinued or out-of-stock for extended periods
Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your credit card or bank account – it may take some time to post

Policy Scope
This policy is governed in accordance with the English language and U.S. consumer standards. It applies only to purchases made through havvaenergy.com and shipped within the United States.
